Home: How to avoid tan lines
How to avoid tan linesTan at the beach without worryBut what if you could catch those rays on the beach while wearing a 1 piece swim suit, and still have an even tan all over your body? That’s where a tan through bathing suit comes into play. Whereas a regular swimsuit blocks most of the sun from reaching your skin, these bathing suits have a special weave made of thousands of tiny pores to let the sun in. However, it doesn’t leave you at the mercy of those dangerous UV rays. The pores in the material are still close enough together to act as a barrier to the most harmful rays, and have the equivalent of an SPF 6 to 10. Though the weave is porous, it is not see through, wet or dry. Special patterns embedded into the fabric will trick the eye into seeing nothing but beautiful colors and designs on your suit. And the pores mean that air is also allowed through, keeping you cool on the hottest of days. This makes for one of the most comfortable swimsuits in the world. Like other tanning products, there are a few steps to keep in mind. Since the fabric does have a moderate SPF factor, you should add the equivalent sunscreen to the exposed parts of your body, so you don’t tan faster than underneath your suit. Also, moderation is key. If you just started your vacation without a base tan, only spend a short time in the sun per day, gradually darkening your skin. You can still burn, and that’s the last thing you want to remember on your trip. Never again will you need salons, lotions and sprays to achieve a great tan. You can get one naturally again, in your bathing suit. Have a safe trip to the beach! |
